Food comes first at Fuzzy’s Taco Shop. We are committed to maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and our teams work diligently to ensure our suppliers are equally compliant.
We are making a commitment to improve the well-being of farm animals, beginning with a focus on chicken. By the end of 2024, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop will only source chicken from farms that have earned Global Animal Partnership (GAP) certification or farms that are certified by another third-party audited animal welfare program that meets GAP standard on breed and housing conditions (light, litter, space, and enrichment). Additionally, by the end of 2024, all Fuzzy’s chicken will be processed using CAS, widely considered as more humane. Further details will be available as we move through the process of implementing this commitment.
We will also begin sourcing cage-free eggs, moving toward a goal of 100% cage-free eggs by the end of 2024.
